Baumer MR291.04D is a precision measuring wheel accessory designed for rotary encoders and impulse counting systems. It features a durable plastic wheel with a knurled surface made of Hytrel TPE-E, offering enhanced traction across various materials such as wood, metal, plastic, paper, cardboard, and textiles. With a circumference of 200 mm and an outer diameter of 63.66 mm (±0.1 mm), the wheel mounts on a 4 mm bore (shaft) and can handle up to 1.5 Nm of fastening torque. It operates reliably in temperatures from –10 °C to +70 °C, exhibiting a surface hardness of approximately 90° Shore A. The compact and lightweight design (≈0.04 kg) makes it ideal for accurate motion detection and measurement applications.
