Is a communications processor designed for connecting the SIMATIC S7-300 PLC to Industrial Ethernet networks. It supports protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast, SEND/RECEIVE with and without RFC1006, Fetch/Write, and S7 communication (server). The module features an integrated 2-port PROFINET IO device switch based on ERTEC 200, enabling module replacement without a programming device (PG), SNMP diagnostics, and LAN initialization. It provides two RJ45 connections for LAN at 10/100 Mbit/s.
